Email Signature Generator

You have started freelancing and your emails still end with "Sent from my phone". You want a professional sign-off with your name, role and contact links, without signing up for a signature service that adds its own branding. Fill in six fields and copy the result.

The generator takes six fields: full name, job title, company, phone, email and website. It builds a small HTML table with inline styles (Arial, a bold name, a grey role line and a thin blue accent bar), because inline styles in a table survive mail clients far better than CSS classes. The email becomes a mailto link, and the website gets https:// added if you leave it off. A plain-text version is produced alongside, and empty fields are left out cleanly.

Pasting the raw HTML code into Gmail's signature box shows the tags as text. Instead, select the rendered signature in the live preview, copy it, and paste that into the signature editor; Outlook and Apple Mail work the same way. Download the .html file if your client can import a signature file. The design is intentionally minimal, with no logo, photo, social icon or color options.
