Email & Phone List Extractor

About Email & Phone List Extractor

After an event you have a long thread of replies, a few typed-up business cards and some notes, all with contact details scattered through them. Rather than copying each address by hand, paste the whole lot here and download a CSV of every email and phone number found.

The extractor scans the text for email addresses and for phone-like number sequences, then lists each group with a count. Checkboxes let you extract emails only, phones only or both, and Unique only removes repeats. Emails are compared without regard to case, so Maya@Example.com and maya@example.com count once. Results refresh shortly after you stop typing, and Download saves a two-column CSV (type and value) that imports cleanly into a spreadsheet or CRM.

Phone detection is pattern based. It accepts numbers with 7 to 15 digits, with or without a country code, brackets, spaces, dots or dashes. That covers most formats, but long numeric strings such as order or invoice numbers can slip in, and the same number written two ways ("+1 (555) 201-4455" and "555-201-4455") is kept as two entries. Skim the phone list before importing it.

If you need to find personal data in order to remove it rather than collect it, the PII Detector flags emails, phone numbers, card numbers and more. To clean up a list you already have, use Remove Duplicates. Scanning is done by regular expressions in your browser, so the contact data never reaches a server.

Deduplication compares the number exactly as written. "+1 555 201 4455" and "555-201-4455" look different to the tool, so both are kept. Normalize the format in your spreadsheet if needed.

No. Only standard addresses in the form name@domain.tld are recognized. Rewritten or obfuscated addresses need to be fixed by hand first.

Yes. Paste the cells as text and the extractor reads through commas, tabs and quotes. The output CSV contains only the values it found, not the original columns.
